I heard a rumour about a possible layoffs in corporate at the end of next week. Anyone know if there is any truth to that?

We are all expendable
Once again. The CEO just said on Tuesday that there would be future staff reductions and store closures! He said it would be broad and he couldn’t speak much to that to reporters. (Because it would cause panic to that area if he did so!).
Consider: is your job vital or could your responsibilities be pushed off onto others?
