No raises. No job security. No expectations. And the union has no ideas about what to do. Management as usual has their heads buried in the sand and only cares about themselves. Yes men all of them until the very end. Tic toc Tic toc doomsday is almost here.

If and when they file bankruptcy, all contracts can be rejected, if the judge agrees, and from what I have read, they can take up to 25% of our wages. It's time for the unions to work together and fight them back on the mess they created.
My understanding is that the company and union were supposed to start back on Feb. 24th. Zero updates to the negotiations section of IBEW 824 website since Jan. 3. I go there to look because when you call down to the hall that’s where they tell you to go. I don’t know why I act surprised. I guess I was trying to be positive that both sides would pull their heads out of their a$$.

New fancy contracts detract from the ability to sell a company strapped for cash. It adds to the immediate debt load of the purchase

It’s a 90 day job security. I’ll take that instead of a pay-cut. With the current status of the company a back up plan is not a bad thing to have.

They cant just go out of business so we will still work.
You want raises and job security from a company that is about to fold, lol. Everybody should be putting money away for the raining days that are coming and start looking for other options.
