BBB is not going to be revived, the dead is dead.
The mgmt is the one to blame, the employees gave it their all as directed by these terrible mgrs!! They should get a union in there or just all walk off the job and find another job, the jobs are out there, go get them!!

Corporate management is just as bad as well - Some folks in IT have no viable work and survived the previous RIF (old school management not wanting change - KW, RD, NP, ML, RR ) and like the era of no accountability (RB)
BBB has had a propaganda campaign against unions for years. They couldn’t inflict the severe damage they have on families of loyal employees if there ever was union representation. I assure anyone working at BBB, if you began any chatter about a Union, a target would immediately be on your back. Internal anti union strong arming has been a BBB way of life for years. They could not execute their nasty plans in an environment that safeguarded employee rights.
