Every thread has a foamer taking up for UP. More often than not, the first reply is someone defending the company. I refuse to believe anyone is such a sad sack as to go on the layoff website on their own dime on a regular and consistent basis just to defend UP's honor.
My theory is UP management has tasked a few interns and marketing types to monitor the website for negative posts like they do with social media. Probably a few superintendents and others chime in for free for the fun of it.
