Do you reckon there is any truth to the rumours about a merger or alliance with Technipfmc?

I worked for FMC for 30 years retired October 2019. I’ve been involved in all aspects of the production of surface iron. All I can say is that TECHNIPFMC is not half the company that FMC was .
Might not be a bad deal for both sides. They make some bad a– offshore equipment.
Mergers are the biggest growth fraud of them all. Take two sand piles and sweep them together. You can make the claim that you've doubled the amount of sand in one pile, but the amount of sand hasn't changed at all. There's been no real growth.
