Frontier is dying and we had a meeting about putting cones out while at the workcenter.
I think we have bigger things to worry about then cones at the workcenter

Cones are about trimming payroll, nothing more nothing less.
My coach says leads are like genital warts because they just keep popping up all the time.
Hey if you saw all the dumb questions that these former Ecenter reps put in the team chats all day long you would understand the need for all the cart pushers getting their steps in. Just when you think you have seen the stupidest question ever someone tops it with a new one. These reps need to all be weeded out. They don’t contribute anything. They make the leads look halfway useful.
The carts are used to carry those useless pins we get every month. I know management has to be reading this and saying these ungrateful fcks! Remember yous made it this way! Snakes! A lead doesn’t have to go on the keto diet cause they are running to your desk every 30 seconds wondering why your not on the horn. New diet called leado works just as well.
All the leads do in our center is just walk around all friggin day. They go from floor to floor constantly. Anything to make it seem like they are needed so they don’t have to go back on the phones. Oh yeah and they do love those carts.
The Cart Life is real.
Tyrone I feel your pain! The 20 leads most of them can’t sell for sht! Maybe 2 are decent. So for you folks who want to know the formula for success at Frontier communications, be there everyday, don’t get on Fmla, don’t sale sht, respond in the chat cause they’re watching and last but not least brown nose til your nose actually has sh*t falling off of it!
We have much bigger things to worry about at Frontier. In my center in Tampa we have 140 reps online and over 20 leads. That is a complete waste of resources. I can’t really figure out what the leads do except huddle around our CCM when he is making cheesesteaks. Plus, we don’t have enough carts in our center and they are always fighting over the best carts to push nothing around in.
