how is it companies get away with hiring Flex associates With no guarantee of hours etc but they tend to average FT hours?? How is this legal and where’s the class action lawsuit.... we lose regular positions and they add a few flex, it’s ridiculous and a scumbag move by any corporation and I can’t believe it’s allowed.

If the flex associates averaged 40 hours a quarter, then maybe there would be something to it. But they don’t. These big wigs know what they are purposely doing and how to get around things.

It wouldn’t be hard, there have been discussions about how much the flex team positions average for hours and it’s significant...
Remember, it takes one person to come forward, ONLY ONE as history shows!!! Integrity always....non-existent!!!
