Our consolidated cores just had several positions eliminated last Friday. From HR to service managers. So nobody is safe.

We had a great HR director at our core. They got out before the ship hit the fan. They would have likely been canned.
They can take it HR person, she's useless.
The HR director was "ours" after our two HR people left this year. We never replaced them and had MOS' person as our HR. Anyone know how long she was with MOS?
MOS lost their HR director last Friday
Only 10 HR directors remain from XBS and now handle a region. The HR representatives left are from Comdoc, Capitol, Conway, Saxon, Dahill, MOS, COTG, Stewart, NW Group & SoCal. They each have about one report and cover multiple cores.
@138jlR0V-1nje Really? I thought it was sort-of random.
Service RIF based on criticality of work performed and assessment of performance attributes.
Included n population :342
Selected for reduction in force: 58
We lost our HR and one FSM on Friday and now have a "Regional HR" that used to work for Stuart. Not sure which other cores fall under this area/
So sad to see this happening to all of the successful former GIS cores. Morale is in the toilet. But they still want us to hit those numbers and get equipment out.
Askhr is the biggest fail in history. I have former employees asking me how they can get to their 401k. It’s shameful.
There is no phone support for ASKHR because they don't speak English.
The responses seem to come through google translate.
"I will revert to you later"
So far we had one sales manager let go last week at our core
If it's any consulation try working for HCL where no one will answer you, and if they do they give you half an answer
Yes, our Core had a variety of people Xerox has now deemed unnecessary: HR, service managers, training staff, call takers, order coordinators, contract specialists, lease administrators, etc. And - imagine this - we were a successful company with good morale and had people who liked coming into work! Can't wait to see what the company looks like when it's only account executives and service techs! Good luck!
Hilarious. XBS had HR humans “on site”!?!. In Xerox Rochester we haven’t seen an actual HR human being in 10 yrs. It is funny to hear XBS (and outsiders) talk about this weird thing they call “HR”. Only time Xerox Rochester sees an HR person in past decade is when hired or fired—and, no, not much hiring ...now, there’s a job (HR) that is not “core” to the business!!
Xerox direct used to have US based HR representatives we could call. Starting last year we have to use an abysmal process which is an email to the "AskHr" helpdesk.
NO PHONE SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE.
Just Sanjay in Bangalore answering emails.
We lost three service managers, our Learning and Development person and our HR person, though our HR person was located at a different core. Our HR person is now coming from COTG. The whole thing is WEIRD.
One core on the East Coast lost their 2 best Service Managers for no explanation why they were chosen.
Update those resume's people!
So who are we suppose to go to if HR is no longer onsite? Has anyone heard who should XBS direct their questions to?
Yup. Absolutely insane. We were told to “pretend our was on vacation”
