I agree. I'm seeing the same. Make sure the world knows that this is not a good company to make your career with.
I definitely see increased Linkedin activity from my former Cummins Colleagues. Profiles updated, connection requests, etc. Do not hesitate to reach out to your former colleagues for help or opportunities.
It makes me so sad that this happens. I recently left on my own accord and worked with a ton of great people and the work was always great and interesting. It is just such a shame that everyone has to go through these periods of unknown and increased stress. The sympathy I feel for them is strong.
If it were a husband or wife or friend putting you through hell for 6 months every 4 years almost all of us would divorce/cut-off. Something to think about...
