Reality retracing for engineers to be conductors. A refresher class , throwing switches riding cars getting off moving equipment, this is a strategic move to be prepared for 1 man crews on runs from 100 to 300 miles that gave no work. Ref the new agreement they want it bad

To the person I’m assuming CMS or CMS manager commenting on lazy TE@Y not answering their phones don’t worry you won’t be needed after we’re gone either. Some people I tell just aren’t really using their heads when they comment and wish hardships on others. Just remember carmaker is a SOB.
Can’t wait for 1 man and no man crews. No more waiting on lazy TE&Y to answer the phone. You guys did this to yourselves by not protecting the work.
