Whats a normal PSG for a process eng in a refinery with 8 years of experience? Will it be lead or senior process eng?

Wow...incredible.8 years of experience and expect to be a senior? Those with 30-40 years experience, what are they? Advice is, continue with your work, there is still a lot for you to learn. Focus on excelling in your job, promotion will come if you do well!

Refinery PSGs are low. 21-22 tops... with 8 years and it would probably not even be senior or lead title.
