@hytx your comment is spot on. In my department, the brand new hires base pay is about 80 cents less than what I'm currently making. As a long time good employee, following ALL the rules, knowing that is truly demoralizing.

Well they replacing half of the workforce with younger inexperixed workers for less money so that seems about right

I’m from a much older generation then Jake so I always have to get my daughter to translate but this thistime I was able to do translate his message on my own after my buddy told me what his wife overheard at the hairdresser from someone who works for one of the major insurance company and what I think Jake was trying to say is if anyone else think it’s a really BAD idea to bring him back to only to recast him using someone with a deeper darker natural tan if you catch my drift

I love the gecko. But Mayhem is a very close second. And Farmer's ads are pretty clever, too. USAA, the classiest. Don't see much Amica, but I hear they have excellent customer service
Terrible idea, Geico may take an extra 3 mo to pass State Farm as the #1 auto insurer now.
My grandfather said anything any good needs little or no advertisement.
I happen to like that Emu in LM commercials, and GEICO has 100 memorable commercials for every one “Jake”-type commercial SF puts out. They’ll be fine.
