CBS lost 2 Service Managers..one was here over 29 years, the other 10 years...sad
Anyone at Conway office affected?
Zoom’s (ZIS - Central CA) Service Manager of over 10 years was let go on Friday as well. What a shame... unfortunately it’s just further evidence of the disconnect between the C-suite and the field.
The Sr.Mgmt at this company could use a lot of Learning and Development. Then we might not be in the position we're in.
Shameful !
We lost our Learning and Development trainer, too. I am so sorry to all who are cast aside by Xerox as if their work had no meaning. I hope you know it was no statement on your performance.... unfortunately, we're all just numbers on a spreadsheet. And, no one of knows who's next.
Chin up... there are better things ahead.
So sorry to hear that. I very likely know you and I'm gone as well.
On Fri 1/17, some 8 in Corporate Learning and Development in both Webster and virtual office locations, ages 39-62. Including me.
ASM=Area Service Manager
FSM=Field Service Manager
CSE=Customer Service Engineer
I do not know OTE
Eastern and ComDoc NY and Ohio lost so.e this week
ASM - Area Service Manager, FSM - Field Service Manager, RSM - Regional Service Manager, CSE - Customer Service Engineer. OTE - ?
Can someone chime in on what the following acronyms are: ASM, FSM, RSM, CSE, OTE?
ComDoc Buffalo lost an FSM 15 years experience. Now 10 techs and one manager. XBS lost as many as 60 RSM’s Nationwide. New standard is 20 to one ratio Manager to Engineer ratio.
ASM laid off
COM Harrisburg PA
anyone know anything about ComDoc ? Were we affected? I
Four were impacted today at RK Dixon. Service managers.
Yes, 2 cores were listed. But they didn't lay off everyone at both cores. The thread title mentioned 300 were impacted so if there Are only a couple of names given then it's perfectly fine to ask who else was affected.
Head Human Resources person is out at MOS
(Michigan Office Solitions) For everyone else, please post what these acronyms mean... even those of us with XBS don’t know all these acronyms
@rmc- you need to re-read the responses. Two cores are listed.
Again all this chatter but no one ever replies with what location/office are being laid-off
ECP lost an FSM after 20 years, has biggest territory and most techs.. are they getting rid of all service??
At least they waited until after Christmas this time
COS - We lost one of our too remaining FSM's and our HR VP today.
Any particular state? XBS and direct?
Removing field service techs to be replaced by non qualified paper and consumables loaders - how long until someone spots the gaps or causes injury moving parts of electrical. Anyone talk to OSHA
CSE's and ASM's as well as some OTE's...
What positions? Why even post this without more information?
What location
Haven't you seen any old pirate movies? That's how it's done! When your own ship is sinking, you grapple with the larger ship that sunk yours, and take it over!
Xerox = Death Spiral
And the exec team knows it, but instead of a distress call they attempted a takeover of a much larger ship (HPQ).
