So what stores are being told they will have a renovation this upcoming fiscal year? Trying to make a running list to see how many will get it Vs not.
Ie the have and the have nots!

We don’t market any of the stores to customers. I’m sure we were all hoping for the new leadership to do some advertising, but that doesn’t seem to be part of the plan to move this company forward. The NGS are history, and the stores that haven’t already been renovated will most likely never see any sort of improvement. Just move the old, busted fixtures around a little, and when a side cap falls on a customer (again), just duct tape it up. We look like a damn Dollar store.
A lot of NGS are doing well BUT the problem is they do not market the new stores well to hype it up to bring in new customers.
It seems like the NGS initiative is history. sales didn't meet expectations for most stores, and the vast majority of NGS corp associates (up to VP level) were laid off today. No huge loss at all most of them were clowns.... Not sure how NGS will work in the future if CTS, CPWM, etc are sold off anyhow? Another lame experiment by the Temares regime, Typical BBB fashion, it was never given time to develop or be analyzed, it was rolled out and then discovered later to be a disaster........
I’m glad 247 was renovated. That stuff will fix in time with training or just through repairs. The company really seems to be serious about this.
247 has already been done...But the store is a HUGE safety hazard. Ladders are not safe, although they changed out the filters on the roof, the vents have never been cleaned out, Constant blocking aisles with the broken ladders, hard to move around them. Top stocking is out of control from the night crew. The system says they have merchandise in stock, it is scattered throughout the store hiding behind the newer stuff that came in. All problems that can be fixed. Noticed the same thing in other stores as well.
