Thank you for lowering our sales commissions AGAIN

I hope everyone involved in this decision gets a big fat pink slip. Blaming us and taking more of our money (for the second time since May) shows yet again what a bunch of snakes upper management is. Each one of you deserves to be unemployed. It’s bad enough you presided over this companies downfall with your dumb ideas and policies that have never worked. You are all truly horrible people.

Don’t mess with commissions. If Frontier wants to save money then they should make ELL in Tampa take more than 3 calls a day. Every time I go to that floor, they are all just sitting around playing in there cell phones.

Would you people rather have secure jobs or make a little less in commissions? Frontier provides for thousands of families across the country. Don’t let greed get in the way of that. I wanted to make more money too, so I decided to work hard and earn a promotion to a supervisor. You people can do the same. It is your decision.

The arrogance of these higher ups...especially the ones who call WV home. Raise quota month after month, take away the sales calls, lower commissions, then send out an email making fun of the sales reps who dared voice their concerns about the situation. Disgusting leadership!!!!

Cutting commissions retroactively is akin to stealing or fraud or both. If FTR wants to do so, lay out a plan going forward, get my approval or let me choose another direction. And, any pain foisted upon the front line should be proportionately applied to Leadership. Mike says we’re all in this together...so EVERYBODY gets a haircut or no one does.

Good news, the Union is already on top of this. We have placed a grievance directly with Bernie and he wasn’t even aware of the commission plan change. Bernie is a big fan of IBEW and he promised to have this matter looked into and resolved. Bernie also wanted me to remind everyone to keep paying their union dues.

We all have to tighten our belts right now. No one likes making less money but we have to remember that the survival of the company is out to Latinate goal. I’m a recently promoted supervisor and we need to stay positive.
