Anyone have money left in their FSA account after they were laid off? If so what happened to it or how did you use it or did you lose it?

You keep your fsa.
It's already preloaded on to your card, the company can't take that back. FSA is the one thing where you can actually get over on a company. Im sure when you're called back and you do come back that they will pick up where they left off at to get their money back.
Layed off, not payed off
It sounds complicated, seems like it depends. After getting payed off, it depends on how your COBRA is set up. Before getting payed off, use it all up...buy medical related stuff while your working, and the FSA should cover it. https://www.verywellhealth.com/how-does-job-loss-affect-your-flexible-spending-account-1738823
Please if anyone has real infomation on this subject, I'd really apprecaitd it. Also has any agreement laidoff people gotten COBRA coverage, if so how much was the premium?
I donated mine to the big boy and railroad museum
