The purge continues... told that they are going totally no loss prevention in some stores. Meaning not even an LPM or security ambassador. Those stores will become targets for grab and runs i am afraid.

Lp Manager and bsm managers jobs are posted. All current managers have to reapply. The whole Nordstrom. That is crazy.. Check mynordstrom careers, it is crazy.

The company is going to district mgr role for LP - LPMs in Rack stores will most likely be getting the boot. The district mgr will oversee a whole area of stores. It could be multi-state depending on how many racks are in the area. Also, the regional investigator role is back from the dead. Each region will have a regional investigator. Jobs have been posted. Word has been getting out through the rumor mill but regionals will finish their conversations this month as the change begins next month.
