So many people are quitting you need to hire 53,000 people just to break even. And at 88% turnover rate how do you think that’s gonna work out for you Sparky

It’s hard to lay people off when you have a turnover rate in the store at 88%. If they lay you off they can’t find anybody to stay here long enough to replace you-way to go Marvin.

Apparently the MSS position is going to be eliminated, just ahead of the end of the fiscal year.(?) Hopefully this is the end. There has been so many positions eliminated this fiscal year. Corporate will be sure the headline is “Lowe’s to Hire 53,000 People” and won’t mention any of the eliminations.

Let’s not forget that Marvin hired another useless suit for the corporate office; the Taco Bell lady. Gotta get rid of some more workers that actually put money in the registers to pay for her.

They’re trying to do a bunch of the annual spring hiring, but that won’t stop them. It didn’t stop them from eliminating LP or the PSI program at this time last year. There’s still two and a half weeks before the end of the month and beginning of the new fiscal year. They still have time to chip away.
