Co managers changing to store lead. Positions open January 16th.
Stores 90+ will have 1 Store lead and depend on value it will go up to 3 store lead.
Ppl have to reapply.

Walmart workers need to unionize
the last time they did that we lost our overnight co of course and they kept 2 on days. ours was sent to another store. the 2 they kept on days long gone somewhere else. they have 2 more so wonder who will be kept this time.
My store cut some Co Managers last year, ASMs as well. Then over several months hired another Co and several more ASMs. In the end we ended up with nearly the same amount of ASMs and only one less Co.
This company makes no sense.
