The program has so much payroll wasted on management looking at graphs and numbers, they will never realize that the customer is the one suffering. People are "servicing" bays to get to 100% number which means nothing in the real world. Bays are being fluffed in minutes and then the people move on. Rather than upper management understanding how long it takes to do it right, they just want numbers. I see the lack of quality work going on in multiple stores, but no one cares if you make the numbers. Eventually this may catch up to them, but I doubt it. A program once filled with hard, dedicated workers is now filled with job bouncing kids who could care less. The service aspect should have been a seperate program all together with a seperate manager. Just said to see after all these years that we have a bunch of picture takers running around these stores like dummies. Nice Job Corporate...you managed to ruin something else.
