AMBU VP Mega Bonus

The chief of ineptitude just got a fat $3 million package to stay the course and finish her goal of boot-throating AMBU. Glad I bailed to Midcon when I did.

byjs, when there’s more for “them”, that makes things less for you. When things are truly, then there’s no need to care or worry about what others are paid. Agree?

Seems more like envy to me. I don't care or worry about with others are paid. That's not helping or hurting me. Nothing you can do about it. Lose the stress folks.

Why would the AMBU VP have anything to do with a MCBU frac crew? Sounds made up.

Chevron upstream leadership is so poor. In just the last decade, I am aware of -

Five MDs who ran their BUs essentially out of business and have or will thereby lose their jobs
Two MDs who were fired for gross negligence
Two MDs who were blasted off the leadership track back to staff jobs

What other company has such an abundance of underperforming leaders? Why do we pick the wrong ones and let them mismanage our business?

How do we know this is true?

When any executive gets a $3 million mega bonus for staying the course of continued failure, that speaks volumes of the CEO and Board of Directors of the corporation itself. Christ, nothing more is expected but more failure and complacency throughout the entire enterprise. The big brass at Chevron don’t really care about the consequences of who ultimately pays the price, because it’s the peons who get the axe in the end. The King and his Nobles will continue feasting when it’s over and done.

Remember when the AMBU VP thought she had big lady ballz and thought she would walk in one day and negotiate a contract instead of letting SCM do their job. She tried to squeeze our best service rig crew one day who had great performance and only crew in the area for high pressure wells. They ended up telling all of Chevron to screw off and they walked off one of the MCBUs pads. What a cluster Frac.
