Very true. Lowe's corporation LOVES advertising lies that make them look good or smart, but refuse to post anything true, or reality based. They actually award management with bonuses for "participation" of the EOS. The more employees that take the test (regardless of scores) the higher the bonus.
Lowe's figures everything they do by "numbers". By throwing tons of chit at walls and sees what sticks. They figure, out of 250 stores, if they get every store to participate, they'll HOPE for overall success. Throw out the bad ones, report good ones. This philosophy is rampant throughout Lowes in the most complex matters, all the way down to basic operations.
EOS is a bad joke. The best thing any employee can do, is not take it.
