I'm probably to the left of most here and do think that things like intersectionality can play an important role in making sure many perspectives are heard.
But this isn't that. This is false consciousness, pseudo-rainbow capitalism that wants to tokenize people to sell more c-ap nobody wants and placate employees who aren't paying attention without any care for the actual people themselves. If they really cared they'd let us organize for starters.
