It feels like Sperry is being dismantled to nothing.

This company will never change. We have incompetent managers who bark orders from their office and then go back to their you tube videos. Our ship is sinking and they can’t get their faces out of the screen long enough to save themselves. Having meetings about meetings that we need to have, etc. I can walk out of my door and look at $50,000 dollars of waste, but no one will do anything about it. I can’t say anything anymore because I have been threatened with HR. Want to know know what we can do? Prep for audits. What a waste of money, time, and resources. They look a stupid s—t like labels, signs, forms, and paper work. Here’s a hint it’s all fake smoke screens why not actually look to see if people are doing their jobs. They aren’t and it’s right in front of your face. We can’t punish money sponges though because we might hurt there feelings.
Pretty soon only people left in sperry will be VP’s, Managers, and a hand full of YES men. It becoming a communist dictatorship like atmosphere. Sorry for the harsh comparison but people involved will understand.
Is Sperry exiting the US? Bakersfield shut down.
Sperry priced themselves out of business with crazy high rates and huge repair charges
Sad to see some of old guard being pushed aside. HAL just can't win, they really handled the divestiture failure poorly. There really is a lot of animosity in the hallways.
Agree...manager avoiding employees, no work being handed out in Sperry icruise at Northbelt and moving employees to other technologies. Not a psychic but doesn't take one to see the future in Sperry is not going to last....
Is the mudlogging / surface data logging department going to be sold off or are they keeping it?
Probably the worst ran department in halliburton. In complete free fall since the Baker Hughes debacle
There has been ample opportunity for some locations to try and change their business to turn a profit since 2015. Time has simply run out. Time to cut losses in ops. Technology? Operators don't seem to want to pay for it anymore, no sense in investing in new technology you will never recoup your investment.
