Dell Latittude 7212 for estimatics

My god...what kind of savings did the SF executives save on buying this POS laptop from Dell ? A detachable keyboard that doesnt stay attached when writing estimates. Nothing but an obstacle along with APU search and estimate check. It is very evident SF is trying to write estimates now cheating policyholders and claimants. The company got it wrong. They thought pocket estimates would absorb estimators that retire (they dont replace them) again they got it wrong. Supplements are a run away train. One of the biggest mistakes they have made is there is no training anymore..merely videos...a company as big as SF needs better training procedures as there is no consistency in writing a repair estimate anymore. The body shops hate SF and I am surprised class action lawsuits havent been filed....maybe they have but thats hush hush......

Our days are numbered here in WV. The little man is always beating us down. Upside...his days are numbered too.

The laptop works fine for me as it never leaves my vehicle. I wouldn’t even consider trying to bring that clumsy mess into a shop and try to write an estimate.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of body shops that need estimators that don't use them.......try going there

The body shops I work with love SF. We pay and we respect their skills. Good luck with the new laptop. Better than what we had before!
