CEO hires a ton of useless outside MDs to implement Agile and DevOps (which are practices, not roles) and then fires a ton of loyal hard workers two weeks before Christmas to pay for it so that he can make his target cost to the business and get a fat bonus for his family. This was once the best of a bad bunch, it became a hell of political posturing, lies and false promises.

Agree the CEO is just lining his own pocket. Look at the stock price,
we have seen people who joined less than half year and was gone
So bad, one of my colleagues was let go just a few months he was converted from consultant to a full time, he felt like he lost jobs in a few months.
