How long do you think this new 3 store structure will last?
Pbs will be gone soon .
No one will hire them on their teams.
I don't think PBS/PBP is going to last.
NA does not have PBS. Some stores have part time PBPs, but their job duties recently changed now that TLs are all using Kronos and fixing punches themselves. PBPs that have left are not getting backfilled. I don't see the PBS postion lasting very long. We have a metro TMS regional employee stop by every couple of weeks to deal with HR issues.
Just curious, which regions still have PBS’s???
I thought all the regions changed to TMSGs with multiple locations after the layoffs.
I left during the layoffs, but I heard that all store level TMS people were supposed to be gone by 2020.
Did that change?
