Well there you go, was shocked i got selected for the guillotine, when i say this it’s in correlation to the agile “displacement” process at hand. They failed to measure individual positive impacts, and was completely a measure of management liking or not liking someone. This i know now so next job with a similar organization i’m going straight to but licking mode , where the only thing visible on my end would be shoe lasses sticking out managements a–. That’s the world we live in today where your personal intellect is taken and abused so someone else can’t take credit for it. ....... very bitter felling

I was let go Monday because I think I scored low with my ED manager who I disagree 80% of the time. I was hired as an cloud expert with 10 years experience 8 years in F-100 companies. He as a 15 Morgan Stanley employee never worked with cloud. It was frustration day 1 to accept that hypocrite id–t as a manager. I will never lick anyone’s bottoms I rather stick with my informed opinion get laid off and move on. But I’m generally disappointed with the politics and I’m going back to consulting happily I don’t want anything to do with wallstreet and it’s dinosaurs it’s all doomed nonetheless
It’s like that everywhere.
It was always like this, just today it impacts whether you get to keep your job not like preoutsourcing days when it was whether you got promoted or not.
Remember all the fraternity boys did was bring that mentality with them. Why diversity never gets fixed.
Unfortunately this is true with almost any large firm. It's not just all about Merit but interpersonal relationships.
