  1. Clean up your life - in every sense. It helps to be focused on something else than a job seek
  2. Network yourself - online/offline
  3. Do the basics - update LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, if you are not on it, get on it
  4. Get a project, any project
  5. Check out crowdfunding sites, you’ll see who is hiring - fish where the money is
  6. Blog, write, post - create a storm system that s—s you along
  7. Make it easy to do business with – post how you can be reached on network (i.e. your phone and/or mail on FB, LinkedIn…)
  8. Spend some money to make money, invest in yourself and the search.
  9. Start a blog about job opportunities in the industry you want to be in
  10. Say no to everyone and everything that won't help you get a job

  • Get all of your stuff out of your locker if you have one.
  • Get everything ready in a 'Go' bag.
  • Make sure you have everyone on linkedin and text/whatever.
  • Bring your phone and any keys/valuables to the meeting.
