From Q&A during townhall
in response to a question about the pension being funded. Not going to be funded anymore but will not be stolen. like the RMA. The response was that the RMA was never funded. How does a benefit that has had a growing dollar amount associated with it for 20 years(interest only for the last 5 years)not be funded? That sounds like fraud like something Enron did. Oh wait GE trainees are running the place. Enough is enough C Ya’

We were screwed and corporate knows it.But what should I have expected this is America. Enough said rich getting richer poor don't care middle class pay for everything.
If you cannot use your RMA by Dec 31. It will lost and all of the money will go back to the corporate fatheads!
What is happening is unbelievable. What has happened to the RMA only effects a certain demographic. It stinks of age discrimination.
Maybe this is why HR denies it even exists. I had to fight to get mine. Nobody knew anything about an RMA. I just kept calling until I got someone in HR that didn't read the memo to deny the RMA. What a bunch of losers. Yes I am an "old people" Worked for Baker for 30 years. Never rode the clock all damn day.
