Being sold or not there is no reason for any company to have this much real estate. You only need one headquarters, especially within blocks of each other.
Unloading real estate=beefing up value of (new) company.

They’ve been renovating 1515 to “open concept” workspaces for a while now. We can accommodate a lot more ppl on every floor
