I worked for Whole Foods for 5 1/2 years and left in August. I went to visit today and I didn’t recognize anyone. They have all new employees in every department. :( I guess it was time for a change for everyone involved.
Good luck new team members.

leave whole foods.
I don't go to my old store anymore because there are only two registers open in the middle of the day with huge lines. They must be losing customers left and right.
Again everything went as planned.
People do what they do.
Try harder to throw team members under the bus.
Food safety next cleaning house tool used to get rid of people reporting issues.
Both of you are so right. Whole Foods is just so sad now. Safeway and Target employees seem happier than the people I see working at Whole Foods. Even the customers seem less stressed and nicer at these other stores.
It is sad going back to Whole Foods once you’ve left. They are a “run of the mill” food store. Pumping people through the check outs. No eye contact with the cashiers, no personal connections. No more beautiful decorations or festive feel whatsoever. A wave of new team member faces just blank. Just there, but not enjoying the fact that once a upon a time Whole Foods Market was magical this time of year.
