Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

No more layoffs or other reductions until 2020

Nothing more until next year, from what I've heard. I don't know what's in store for next year, or when.

I was part of the group laid off in December 2018. (My separation date was Dec 13, 2018) It wasn't as large a group as August or September, but it wasn't just a handful of us either. So Xerox DOES layoff in December.

Well, they certainly laid people off last year, December 2018!

Don't get too comfy though and overspend on the holidays because 1st quarter cuts have come as early as January 15th. I had never heard that about December. They certainly get you every other month. So great for morale. There comes a point where anyone that can get a job, leaves and they're left with nothing but people that can't get jobs anywhere else.

I know we tried to lay people off years ago and HR advised that XRX doesnt allow layoffs in Dec.
