LCOMS are quitting and FTR cannot find replacements! Some work centers are left without any supervision. Good Job FTR for running good supervisors out the door. Directors could care less.

It is game over in FL for the union workers. Even the last of the management koolaid drinkers are panicking now.
The union has no leverage at all and both sides know it...well played FTR....game over!
Impossible to have good morale in FL when the do nothing union can’t even guarantee your job right now.
bad morale for first liners trickles down to the techs...florida upper management is horrible.

The only hope for the techs at this point is having a lump sum pension and finding another job outside of FTR........good luck......glad i got my lump sum just in time......!!!!
Gotta love the low moral around this place.
I've seen some of the best employees finally give up and wonder around without a care in the world now.
Off to next chapter of life, only regret was not leaving sooner. Still amazes me to see the director and the first liners carry themselves around as if Frontier is a thriving business. Hope the captains go down with this sinking ship.
