So many changes to the company structures. They claim it will advance the company. You really think so? Look at the direction of share price it’s heading.

More management positions, fewer technical positions....also limited career growth potential for technical folks.....surely a great strategy for growth for a diversified manufacturing company
Creating more VP level positions out of nothing will certainly address all those issues
