Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Who will pick up pieces?

We might be the next Baker Hughes.

No official word yet but 100 years might have been it for Halliburton.

I am kinda curious if GE will pick up what is left?

I could find nothing on the internet about him being ex schlumberger. Looks like he has spent many years working his way up the Halliburton ladder. Very surprised to see he went to mcneese college in Lake Charles on a rodeo scholarship! Then an MBA from Texas A and M. Maybe he can recall his humble beginning and figure out a way to save these oil jobs.

No joke I just heard this and I suppose there is logic to it but it seems farfetched to me.

Apparently we are dumping headcount and overhead anywhere we can dor a reason. Technipfmc will split up in Q1 and will be cashed up. The CEO is ex SLB and wants to build a more services focused company. His eyes are on BRM
