Do finals expire? I was originally told they expire after a year.

If you are on a final, that mean you most likely have had multiple chances. I am not saying anything bad about you, but at that point most likely your managers Don’t care any more about you and you ultimately will be gone.

I was on a Final, and the SM got axed about 2 weeks later. District Manager threw out all the write-ups he did over the 12 months before his termination. District Manager and staff showed up during morning huddle and did the deed right then.
Who cares. It’s retail. These jobs are a dime a dozen and as long as ‘yew can speek too well’, you will get hired anywhere. Fact.

One year to the date of the final writeup and you're clear. Any thing you do during that year that would usually result in a writeup will be a termination.
However, if you on final, you are done.
You've been placed in the gas chamber. Its a matter of time.
They want you gone.
You cant even transfer because you have been written up.
6 months of perfect employee drops you back to normal I think.
