CA is skeleton screws. No fat to trim in the field. We’re pulling 10-12 hour days and some are working off days.
Florida is already lean from Vz ,not sure about Tx or Ca,,,Chime in if you know
Northern unions have Much better contracts than right to work states, offering sweet incentives and not sure if they got all they needed to leave,, again Chime in
They assumed CTF buy would carry them thru their existing debt

Bernie Han has been brought in to turn around and save this sinking ship. After you turn around and go back on a sinking ship some weight will be thrown overboard.
Still thinking major cleanup. Probably some layoffs. Office closures. Probably gonna wanna either lower pay with upcoming contracts or dump as many benefits as possible as cost cutting measures. Time shall see.....
