NLRB Case 12-CA-215545 - Frontier Florida, LLC

Local 824 in Florida won a NLRB bargaining victory. Once again, Frontier's character on display for refusing to bargain in good faith. Is that shocking?!

The Respondent, Frontier Florida, LLC, Tampa, Florida, its officers, agents,
successors, and assigns, shall at its 610 E. Zack Street facility:

  1. Cease and desist from:

(a) Failing or refusing to bargain collectively in good faith with the Union by
failing to provide, or by unduly delaying in providing, requested information that is
relevant and necessary to its role as the exclusive collective-bargaining representative
of the employees in the unit.

(b) In any like or related manner interfering with, restraining, or coercing
employees in the exercise of rights guaranteed in Section 7 of the Act.

There is no need to bargain if those employees are not in the companies long term plans.
