Xerox has been dropped from the list of the world’s most ethical companies. No surprise. This directly correlates to the arrival of Icahn’s board and the hiring of the HP washouts.

Just by having a Dept to investigate unethical behavior does not make a company ethical. I filed a claim with corroborating evidence and a leaked list of employee SS#s and the investigation found "no ethics violations". Helps to have your eyes open when investigating.
HP washouts. Nobody seems to care or even be aware. Wish I could get that type of job where salary is not judged by success.
This would be interesting if any of these lists actually meant anything.
9 month old news, this happened back at the end of February the year.
Not surprised
At least now, the world outside Xerox is finally aware of what we have been since ickys puppets have taken over.
So true. What I feel is morally wrong and unethical is the way they treat hard working employees. Like pieces of meat that can be disposed of by converting them to HCL employees, then saying “see ya” at anytime or when there so called contracts are up. The whole HCL take over has destroyed Xerox’s credibility & reputation as a place to work with a future.
Then they got the nerve to hold out on 401k contributions till there really sure they want to keep you around for another year.
Saw that. Should have happened in 2018 but things take time to become public. Next to go is sustainability?
