Like they do every single year so this is not unexpected. They asked for overtime at JLS for the test shed. All shifts. Thursday and Friday. Went through all the rosters and barely got all crafts to work Each spot, and there are some spots still open. Didn’t see them force anyone yet? Will they?

Heard electricians were volunteers. I'm sure the people that were put out on the streets are glad that there's greedy people willing to do their work. Disgusting.

Forced 14 people out over the course of thursday evening 3rd and friday morning 1st. Had some volunteers also. This was at JLS.
They’re forcing OT for the holidays in Chatt and forcing people to stay over on their regular shifts on a day-to-day basis....there’s not enough work though according to company officials.
and this is different from any other holiday OT?
They will. It's the new NS business model. Lay off and force overtime. They are forcing all shifts at SCX on the holiday.
