60 Day Notice

Saxon HCLites recieved our 60 day notice, last day January 27. This will be an interesting transition as our replacements haven't started doing the work yet!

My 60 day is 1/27 which really means 1/24...HCL cannot handle the work load they have 9 doing the work over there when 6 did it here.

I want out, need to get on with my life. If something comes up that I want I will likely go. I am looking at bonus and severance as nothing more than a bonus...its not something I am going to miss as I dont have it yet...already took a 20% paycut when they stopped paying bonuses in January. Whatever I get from XBS is gravy.

Just heard a rumor at one of the cores they were given an end date of 11/28, then on 11/28 they were extended 2 weeks. Can anyone confirm?

It was my understanding that jan 27th isnt the final day it's just the earliest they can get rid of you but most likely isnt realistic. You will get a 2 week notice once they actually decide on final date.

HCL (AKA Helping Customers Leave) will not do a quarter of what they've said they will do. There is not enough governance from X to monitor it all.

The 60 day notice gives them the flexibility to extend as needed. Has anyone who's passed their 60 day notice been released?
