Well, that was unexpected. I assume the combined company will lay off people from both sides. Any news from inside either company?

I'm a Schwab broker. I have a series 69 and FINRA. I work on the floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange right here in SF, by the Citi Bank building.
No doubt both sides will have major layoffs. It will be bloodbath and one thing Schwab does very poorly is layoffs.

i would think both companies would be getting rid of people , most of them would be brokers i would think . could be before march 2020 .
