The last poster mentioned that she didnt have time to use the restroom. I go to use the bathroom down in the mall because the black mold growing in our bathroom is nasty.
Nobody to help them. I'm the ONLY person working covering literally 40,000 square feet. I have a line of 10 people, haven't had a break in hours, have BOPS coming in I'm expected to cover – it's a total f-ing nightmare.
No, I cannot help you – I can't even take a bathroom break for god's sake!
Since it is the Christmas season, customers are asking for paper bags. All we have are the flimsy plastic bags...customers are complaining about the lack of one and the quality of the other.
Cant find an associate and cant use my coupon. Especially the birthday coupon
Most of your complaining about heat issues obviously have no idea what you are talking about. The stores are running into issues because a lot of the buildings are older and the units are old and need replacing. Well we aren't talking about a $100.00 AC here most of these fixes are $200k-400K to fix. So the engineers run around and try to fix these old units and I kid you not are using things like FLEX SEAL.... Had an engineer who wasn't doing the maintenance he should have been doing and lost $30,000 of coolant in one shot. Then we had to pay a company to fill/labor etc. I don't blame the workers because like every other aspect they are cutting corners up top and these people are running around daily and being told to FLEX SEAL the problems... LOL F—ING FLEX SEAL...
This new light bulbs install in our store this summer makes the store looks brighter but it is so damn hot 🔥... we never had this problem before. The store is not making the figures or sales, so that's why they have to lower the temperature on the air conditioning. Every customer who walks in the store always says ( why is it so hot in the store? ) or sometimes the customers can't find a sales associate on the sales floor because the store cut hours. In South Texas the weather heat index gets to 110° or 115° degrees and walking into a hot environment inside a nice remodel Macy's store makes it worse. 🤨

The new light bulbs installed are the power saver LED lights and do not cause your store temperature to go high. Ask your maintenance man (if you can find him) about it.
Macy's should stop sending those damn coupons to the customers. None of the coupons works. That's are number 1 complaint in our store. Second, not enough sales associates in the store. Long lines just to ring up a customer. Customers hate waiting in line just to make a purchase. Third, why is it so hot in Macy's. Customers waiting in line with this hot environment then the coupons don't work with there purchase. Is this the Magic of Macy's ⭐ 🤔... Oh I forgot there's no Magic anymore 🤭.. but our store in Texas keeps talking about making Magic in our morning rally every day.

What percentage of temperature complainers are overweight? What percentage of Macy’s customers are overweight for that matter?

They only seem to crank up the AC on sale days. Am I the only one noticing this? Lol
I live in a flyover state and the comment we get is that the clothes would be fine if you lived in California and not the mid west.
And they are too cheap to pay for putting the air conditioning on a lower temperature to keep it comfortable for customers to shop. Same thing in our store which is a growth store too!
This summer our store added new lights and it is so hot inside our store that customers always complaint about it. Every summer in Laredo, Texas the weather gets to 110° degrees or more. This new lighting added in Macy's makes it even worse. Customers can not even shop in this hot environment. 🔥 😟 This store is one of the Path to Growth stores. 🙄

It's always about coupons or why is there such light staffing. But they complain about the heat...Why is it always so hot in Macy's???
