More coming across EMEA due to delivery transformation. Just kicked off
There will be more layoffs. Maybe not large scale like the waves we've seen before, but layoffs will happen. Especially in areas that aren't one of HCL's core services.
No layoffs anymore. Only offloading to HCL
They will do us a favor if they lay us off.
I had heard a few managers confirming vacation schedule this week?
I don't think they normally happen the week of Thanksgiving. Too hard to manage all the paperwork with the short week. In the past they have happened earlier in November.
At this point in the year, I don't think there will be many until next year.
