Our Demand has been very stable. In the last year, 1 quit, 1 retired, 5 got promoted. Most that were reassigned from other departments fled within 6 to 12 months. Those that chose work here are staying. Claims is not for everyone. Those that were formerly in staff positions have a tough time adjusting to the pace.
The volume and rep turn over is crazy. Wonder why so many are leaving or looking for other opportunities. Not many internal opportunities heard Bank, SFPP and Fire claims are worst. What a total mess
Claims is the pits of hell. It is all about numbers not quality. If you question the stupidity you are labeled a trouble maker...they want employees to follow what they give them right or wrong
Scream em all! Walk out then.
Claims is hell
If I died and went to hell it would take a year to realize I wasn’t at work anymore.
They don’t want to give anyone enough time to do anything thoroughly and correctly. Plus everything is done under pressure. Claims is pure HELL.
Huge volume in auto claims per everyone drives a car.
Lots of entitlement issues and shady attorneys in CA.
CA has pretty much been like that for at least 20 years.
