Look on Reddit, there is plenty of information being leaked.
@12XYZWNC-1uja The store I work for still hasn't Incorporated flex stock I don't even think its possible to do it at that store. Their is movement at night I just can't imagine how bad it be in day time. If it does indeed happen I can see hours getting cut dramatically because favoritism will emerge when the night people go to day.
I love how people think SMs and COs wont leak any information. Do you realize all the previous data dumps have come directly from SMs and COs?

January 16 all co-managers will have to reapply
Rumors in my store ( Northeast Ohio) that positions in Fresh GWP will be restructured again and one has to reapply.
They won't tell anything. They are told to keep quiet until the programs roll out. They could lose their jobs if they tell because people would bail.
I’m just wondering who is getting “displaced’. How many people are going to be laid off. Who will have to find another position in the stores
How will this effect an Academy store with a Co Mgr that does less than 90 million?
I’m guessing CAP supervisors will be team leads?
Stores 90+ will get a "store lead" formerly a co-manager. Fresh GWP is coming. Replenishment Coach/Team Leads are next. 1 Store market to start. No timeline yet on roll out, just NOT Q1. Info on what "is coming" so people can "upskill". Northeast market, info from SM talking points.
