I was 100% + customer service... I was let go because of that. Since I was let go, most of the customers that came to see me just walk back out of the store. I had the number 1 windows department in the company, now (through word of mouth) has fallen around the 300 mark. It took 6 months for me and those I trained in the department to get to that mark. If they want me back, I know I could change it back again.
The big announcement is that customer service will always be our saving grace. Make a customer for life!

Don’t work on correcting others spelling!! Work on finding a new job and not complain about bbb. Bed bath and beyond can not delete posts here. Fact!!
First up, the word is SITE not sight...but moving on...no Bed Bath does not own this site DUH, but they do have influence in what stays and goes in some cases...and if they deem a post too close to identifying a specific individual then it gets deleted. This is not paranoia...look up that word btw for a definition. It is not paranoia to see specific posts that I have personally put up be taken down within hours although no names were involved. Not surprising honestly, because rather than help the struggling skeleton crew stores run their actual business, the Corp execs and what's left of Regionals – mostly HR, LP and Merch LOL, have the time to stalk this site hoping they don't get identified and called out because they hide behind a desk all day clinging to life. IMHO which means nothing...the whole lot of them should go before any ASM. At least ASMs actually work and run the stores. Throw a Regional in there, even a DM, alone...on let's say a Saturday...I'd buy popcorn to watch that s@#$ show.

Many things are being deleted from here recently, even though no names or specifics were involved in any of the posts. Looks like all the Corp., Regionals, DMs etc are back from their holiday vacations, back at their desks and especially after the recent dismal earnings report feeling mighty insecure about their futures.
The Big Anoucment post is gone ???? Why , because of rumors!
