Here is a thought get rid of the employees who come in amd think they do not have to work for an honest days pay. Oh and the customer service is HORRIBLE. Managers dont manage and no one takes accountability. ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

Most managers are too lazy to start a paper trail because you actually have to coach an employee about the job which most managers are lazy and stupid about, and I say that as a member of management. A lot of managers want to fire people just because they don’t like them. You can’t do that without paying unemployment, so you need a paper trail show them that you can actually manage and the employee is too dumb to learn. Since most managers don’t know the job of the people they manage, bad workers get to stay.

Allen NOC is this way. Transport are a pack of lazy bums. HSI group does all the work. Managers are all in a circle jerk.
