I work in women shoes and make decent money. We each got a little more money on the hour but our commission rates have changed. Hopefully that doesn't change again, but wouldn't be surprised if it did.
Your store is just doing what everyone else is doing. No need to have 11 distinct staffing zones. Yours are being consolidated into 6 to group like or adjacent coverage areas into larger zones. You have to have a minimum number of staffing hours to support a zone, and when you don't anymore, zones get consolidated.
Honestly how did they pick the 2020 growth stores? The list looks like stores that are complete sh%t, probably have no option to sell/end lease, and this is a way to get vendors to put money into them.
